Ye are the light of the world !
Life is a series of choices. Each day we make choices that determine what
lies ahead for us. For example: When the alarm goes off we can choose whether to
get up or not. Not getting up might cause us to lose our jobs. The most
important choice that we must make will determine where we will spend eternity.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting
life.
If we choose to believe, then we have life everlasting.

Whether you
fail or succeed in life depends on you.
Joshua 24:15 choose you this day
whom ye will serve ;
Serving God brings the abundant life.
John
10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am
come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
If you choose to serve the Lord, He has promised to give us life more
abundant. That's prosperity;having all of your needs met.
Phillipians 4:19
(KJS) But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by
Christ Jesus.
Why then does it seem that so many Christians. or maybe
even yourself aren't experiencing this abundant life. Two reasons come to mind.
1. We don't know the Word.
Hosea 4:6 (KJS) My people are
destroyed for lack of knowledge
2. We don't believe that which we
know.
Mark 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things
are possible to him that believeth.
That is why it is important to read and study the word
consistently.Meditate(What is the word saying? Can I apply it to my life? Is it
telling me something about a promise God has made? Is there something I must
do?) upon what you read and study.
Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall
not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that
thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then
thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
Renew your mind by the word.
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this
world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove
what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
If you can
find it in the Bible, choose to believe it no matter what others may say. If God
said it,then believe it and settle it in your mind.
Confess the truth of the word. If you believe it is true then confess your
belief.
Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say
unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and
shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he
saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
If
God's word is in your heart you will speak it,despite people or
circumstances.
Luke 6:45b -----for of the abundance of the heart his mouth
speaketh.
To help you begin, here are a few scriptures to meditate upon:
Look them
up in your Bible and meditate upon them.
